The Asian American Chamber of Commerce is pleased to present two guest speakers from Nvsted, CEO, Jamey Edgerton, and manager,  Ched Wagner to speak at our upcoming breakfast seminar.  
Jamey Edgerton is the CEO of Nvsted, a St Louis centric crowdfunding marketplace. He is currently the Senior Vice President directing the business development and finance divisions for the St Louis Economic Development Partnership. His past role in finance includes, Vice President with U.S. Bank, BMO Harris Bank, and Northern Trust Company. Edgerton’s has over 20 years’ experience in the areas of fi-nance, business development, corporate communications and marketing.
Ched Wagner is the Manager of Nvsted, Prior to Nvsted, Ched was a personal banker for Wells Fargo in Southern California, a finance  technician for the United States Air Force, and an intern for Advantage Capital Partners’ Investment Team.  Ched’s education includes studying Economics at the United States Air Force Academy as well as Business Administration at McKendree University. 
Together they will provide information about Nvsted, the only federal Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) regulated crowdfunding marketplace specific to the St. Louis region and the first in the nation organized by an economic development agency.  An innovative, new online funding portal that provides a way for investors to help fund area start-ups.
