The Enterprise Project Manager will have responsibility for key IT and enterprise-wide projects, with significant budgets, large and functionally diverse project teams, and aggressive schedules. This responsibility will be focused on meeting project commitments including but not limited to: creation and maintenance of the project plan, communication with stakeholders, conflict resolution, resource allocation, and delivery of the finished product.
Facilitate the definition of project scope, objectives and success measures in the form of business cases
Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource/communication/risk plans, and status reports utilizing the BAB project methodology
Manage project budget and create all project artifacts as required by the BAB project methodology
Proactively engage project stakeholders and work cross functionally to solve problems
Identify and mitigate project risks as well as communicate project status routinely and effectively with project sponsors, stakeholders and the organization as a whole
Facilitate the change management process throughout the lifecycle of the project
Participate in quality audits on project deliverables
Work collaboratively with PMO Manager and other PMs to refine and maintain BAB project management standards and practices.

Maintain general awareness of projects in the portfolio, and their impact on the business
Advocate for and communicate the value of project management to the business
Participate in outside professional activities to stay in touch with best practices and developments in project management
Equip non-project managers to locate and utilize the BAB project management process and templates; Foster and maintain effective relationships throughout the business
Develop an understanding of the core processes and functions in all areas of the business
An Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 to 4 years in a project management role leading the design, planning, implementation, and monitoring of complex, cross-functional projects in both IT and non-IT settings; Project Management Certification (PMP) is preferred
Effective communication skills across all levels of organization utilizing a variety of formal and informal methods
Ability to balance and prioritize work in a fast paced and fluid environment
Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, Visio and MS SharePoint
Ability to function as a team player and be flexible and adaptable to change
