Job Description

The Enterprise Project Manager will have responsibility for key IT and enterprise-wide projects, with significant budgets, large and functionally diverse project teams, and aggressive schedules.  This responsibility will be focused on meeting project commitments including but not limited to: creation and maintenance of the project plan, communication with stakeholders, conflict resolution, resource allocation, and delivery of the finished product.


  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, objectives and success measures in the form of business cases
  • Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource/communication/risk plans, and status reports utilizing the BAB project methodology
  • Manage project budget and create all project artifacts as required by the BAB project methodology
  • Proactively engage project stakeholders and work cross functionally to solve problems
  • Identify and mitigate project risks as well as communicate project status routinely and effectively with project sponsors, stakeholders and the organization as a whole
  • Facilitate the change management process throughout the lifecycle of the project
  • Participate in quality audits on project deliverables
  • Work collaboratively with PMO Manager and other PMs to refine and maintain BAB project management standards and practices.

  • Maintain general awareness of projects in the portfolio, and their impact on the business
  • Advocate for and communicate the value of project management to the business
  • Participate in outside professional activities to stay in touch with best practices and developments in project management
  • Equip non-project managers to locate and utilize the BAB project management process and templates; Foster and maintain effective relationships throughout the business
  • Develop an understanding of the core processes and functions in all areas of the business


  • An Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 to 4 years in a project management role leading the design, planning, implementation, and monitoring of complex, cross-functional projects in both IT and non-IT settings; Project Management Certification (PMP) is preferred
  • Effective communication skills across all levels of organization utilizing a variety of formal and informal methods
  • Ability to balance and prioritize work in a fast paced and fluid environment
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, Visio and MS SharePoint
  • Ability to function as a team player and be flexible and adaptable to change
