Location: Chesterfield, MO or within the Territory Department: Sales Reports To: Director of Non-Foods
Your Role: Collaborates with the NF Customer Development Representative (NFCDR), District Sales Manager
(DSM), Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and Customer Service Representative (CSR) to acquire new nonfood
business as well as increase the thru-put of current business through the pro-active selling of non-food products
in the specified territory to foodservice distributors, dealers, Jan/san distributors, c-store and retail.
? Interacts with and services the customers within the designated territory
? Build effective business relationships with non-food rep groups, direct reps, and brokers within assigned
? Solves daily challenges for customers and Dot Foods by working closely with various departments within
? Inputs customer, sales leads, and volume information into the Salesforce Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) system while also analyzing information for growth opportunities
? Manages customer deduction activity
? Applies lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position
? Sales territory: AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, ID, MT, NV, NM, OR, UT, WA, WY
? Regular travel to customers, industry events, and Dot meeting events, averaging 6-8 nights per month.
Must have the ability to travel independently, as needed, via all modes of transportation, including car,
train, or plane.
We Need You To Have:
? Bachelor’s Degree or comparable Dot work experience
? Two years sales experience
? Demonstrated aptitude in laptop efficiency
? Strong professional verbal and written communication

or non-foods industry
? Demonstrated success solving complex
problems and analyzing numerical
